Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Solar CRM and the business that creates a Solar CRM workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace you accept them.

The service

Solar CRM is online software for managing leads, surveys, proposals, installations, invoices and service. We aim for it to be available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time.

Trial and payment

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial for up to 3 team members.
• The annual plan costs ₹45,000 plus GST per workspace per year, paid in advance, with no per-seat charges.
• If a plan is not renewed, access is paused. Your data is kept for 90 days so you can renew or export it.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in details safe and give team members only the access they need.
• Make sure you are allowed to store and contact the customers you add, and that what you send them is lawful.
• Quotes, savings estimates, subsidy amounts, GST rates and invoices produced with Solar CRM are prepared by you. Check them before sending; the software’s estimates are not financial, tax or legal advice.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or overload it.

Your data

You own the data you put into Solar CRM. You can export it at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Solar CRM at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or is unpaid, after notice where reasonable.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
