Try before you pay

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can check that Solar CRM fits your business before paying.

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first annual payment.
• After 7 days, annual fees are not refundable, but your plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
• Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal date if the workspace has not been used since renewal.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not delete your data straight away. You can export your records for 90 days after the plan ends.

Payments your customers make to you

Payments that your own customers make to your business through invoices or UPI links go directly to you. Refunds for those are between you and your customer.
