Delete your Solar CRM account

This page explains how to delete your account in Solar CRM (published on Google Play and the App Store by Growbotiq AI). You can delete it yourself at any time, from the website or the app, and it takes effect straight away.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in at solarcrm.growbotiqai.com, or open the Solar CRM app.
2. Open My account (in the app: More → your name).
3. Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and press Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email and password), Google sign-in link, name and mobile number are removed immediately, and every device you were signed in on is signed out.
• Notification tokens for your phones and browsers are deleted.
• If you are the only owner of your company’s workspace, the whole workspace is closed at once and all its data (leads, customers, proposals, projects, documents and photos) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

• If you are a team member, the leads, tasks and other records you worked on belong to your company and stay in its workspace, shown as “Deleted user”.
• Invoices and payment records are kept only as long as Indian tax law requires, and are then deleted.
• Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
